Not Thanksgiving but I'm thankful

I live the life I want to live. I don't get to see everybody as much as I would like but that's impossible because I like seeing so many people.
It started with seeing some random stranger drop his pants in front of my neighbor's house to poop. I quickly turned Butters around and headed back inside. Gas station is a block away but I guess he couldn't make it.
We flew helicopters next. Trust Alexis with your life there, never me.
Family birthday parties. People groan, even myself when its another birthday party to go to but I'm finding the joy in those again because my little cousins get pumped to see me and I'm known as the funny uncle.
Tuesday through Thursday saw me hate a patient and then the next day joking with him and him telling me "I'm sorry for yesterday, never lose your bedside manner. You have a gift."
Friday: PIG SCRAMBLE and a split foot. I got to have my brother's family come down to New Haven and meet Alexis Bockting's family. Miles came out the victor over his sister, myself and Alexis.
Saturday: A going away party and another birthday party. Seeing family albeit a tad rushed was still refreshing. The joy of a child opening presents is priceless.
Sunday: catching up with some friends over a meaty dinner.

Be happy with your choices. Appreciate everything you get to do. Make the most of what little time we get on this planet. Today I'm grateful that I have week's like this all the time. I never stop pedaling forward with work, schooling, health, family and friends. I wish I could see others more, but I know you're there, whatever distance away it is. I want to squeeze everybody in all at once, but that's impossible.
I thrive off of seeing smiling faces and hearing the stories of how your life is progressing.
